Multiverse Computing in Donostia-San Sebastián, Spain, seeks a Quantum Computing Engineer intern to join a fast-growing deep-tech team. You will design and implement quantum algorithms and collaborate with a world-class group on projects for Fortune-500 clients.

This 6-month internship offers a hybrid work setup and hands-on experience with Python, Git, Docker, and quantum SDKs, contributing to cutting-edge AI and quantum research.

Formación

• Bachelor, Master’s or PhD in Quantum Physics, Quantum Engineering, or related field.
• Knowledge of quantum computing algorithms, Quantum annealing and hybrid techniques.
• Knowledge of Python and related scientific computing tools.
• Ability to work with a diverse team, in-person and online.
• Fluent command of English.

As a Quantum Computing Engineer intern, you will

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors, Master's degree Or PHD in Quantum Physics, Quantum Engineering, or related field.
• Knowledge of quantum computing algorithms, Quantum annealing and hybrid techniques.
• Knowledge of Python and related scientific computing tools.
• Ability to work with a diverse team of people, both in-person and through online resources.
• Perfect command of English language

Preferred Qualifications

• PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Experience with quantum computing SDKs (Qiskit, Pennylane, or others).
• Machine learning
• Industry experience.
• Experience using git, unit testing, and docker.

Exceptional Qualifications

• Experience with error mitigation techniques and tools.
• Optimization techniques
• Ability to write patent applications.
• Ability to write grant proposals.
