ProSource Group is seeking a junior to mid-level Quantity Surveyor for a major construction project in Spain. You will gain international project experience with a leading contractor and benefit from a clear path for career progression.

The role covers cost estimation, procurement support, contract administration, and cost control across subcontractor packages. Experience in construction is essential, with 1-5 years in QS roles.

Formación

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• 1-5 years' experience in a Quantity Surveying role.
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Experience working on construction projects is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports
• Support the commercial team in managing subcontractor packages
• Assist with procurement, tendering, and contract administration
• Monitor project costs and support cost control measures
• Assist with valuations, variations, and final accounts
• Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Maintain accurate commercial records and reporting
• Ensure projects are delivered within budget

ProSource are recruiting a Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a leading building contractor who are continuing to grow with a strong pipeline of projects across Europe. This role is based on a major project in Spain and offers an excellent opportunity for a junior to mid-level Quantity Surveyor to gain valuable international project experience with a well-established contractor.
