Job summary

Jobtailor in Madrid is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage contract budgets and legal aspects of projects. You will administer contract records and generate monthly JCRs/JCSs, while coordinating with clients, suppliers and the project team.

The role requires strong knowledge in measurement, valuation and procurement, with familiarity in bespoke and standard contracts. This position is based on site in Madrid and expects several stakeholder interactions.

Qualifications

• 5 years' relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry.
• Knowledge of construction methods and technologies.
• Experience in measurement and valuation.
• Ability to form good working relationships with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of subcontract/material orders and procurement.
• Experience in preparation and understanding of commercial reports.
• Familiar with bespoke and standard contracts.
