ProSource Group is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor for a major project in Spain. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a junior to mid-level QS to gain valuable international project experience with a well-established contractor.

You will assist with cost estimates, budgets, and financial reporting, support the commercial team with subcontractor packages, procurement, tendering and contract administration, and monitor project costs to help keep the project within budget.

Formación

• Degree or equivalent in QS, CM, or related field.
• 1–5 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role.
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Experience working on construction projects is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports.
• Support the commercial team in managing subcontractor packages.
• Assist with procurement, tendering, and contract administration.
• Monitor project costs and support cost control measures.
• Assist with valuations, variations, and final accounts.
• Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Maintain accurate commercial records and reporting.
• Ensure projects are delivered within budget.
• And support other commercial activities as needed.

To be successful in your application you will possess the following:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related discipline
• 1–5 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role

• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Experience working on construction projects is essential
