Welocalize is seeking a Quality Manager to join our localization squad. You will oversee supplier alignment and performance, ensuring on-time delivery and defect-free deliverables for accounts owned by your squad.

You will liaise with Language Services, manage capacity requirements, and drive quality improvements through QIPs and CAPAs, while maintaining client-facing documentation and SLAs.

Formación

• Master’s degree or equivalent required.
• Proven experience in fast-paced, client-centric environment within translation/localization.
• Experience with localization vendor/quality management preferable.
• Fluent English; additional language is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Quality Manager leads supplier alignment and performance for assigned accounts.
• Monitor on-time delivery, quality, and compliance with client requirements.
• Engage with customers to understand capacity and quality expectations.
• Coordinate with Language Services for resource recommendations and SOLUTIONS.
• Prepare and present quality reports for clients regularly.
• Drive quality improvements and corrective actions (QIP, RCAs, CAPAs).
• Act as escalation point for PMs when deadlines are missed.
• Train suppliers on customer tools and processes as needed.
