Welocalize is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee supplier alignment and performance for assigned accounts, ensuring on-time delivery and defect-free deliverables. The role requires engaging with the customer to understand capacity and quality expectations, and coordinating with Language Services to meet those requirements.

You will monitor OKRs, manage quality reporting, and drive continuous improvements through QIPs and CAPAs, coordinating with the Talent Procurement team as needed.

Formación

• Proven experience in a fast-paced, client-centric environment, ideally in the translation or localization industry.
• Experience with Localization Vendor, Language or Quality Management.
• Knowledge of quality principles and practices within language services.
• Familiarity with Translation Memory tools, TMS and MT post-editing processes and tools.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present structured arguments to diverse audiences, including colleagues, customers and vendors, and influence others.

Responsabilidades

• In collaboration with Partner Engagement Manager, responsible for supplier alignment on accounts managed by Program Squad(s).
• Monitor supplier performance on accounts managed by Program Squad(s).
• Lead conversations with customers regarding quality and be the escalation point for quality issues.
• Design and setup quality framework; maintain language assets (glossaries, style guides, TMs).
• Communicate capacity needs to Language Services Team and engage them for recommendations.
