Job Title: Quality Supervisor

With a strong focus on technology and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a Quality Supervisor to join our team in Morocco and provide exceptional support to our clients and internal teams.


Job Responsibilities:


  1. Improve the relevant quality management systems, processes and forms of the factory, and organize their effective implementation. Conduct internal quality audits of the factory and management reviews of the quality system.
  2. Lead, supervise and manage the factory quality team, carry out work in accordance with the company's relevant quality management specifications and requirements, and hold various quality management meetings and activities regularly.
  3. In response to quality issues, guide the improvement team to conduct in-depth analysis, and establish corresponding management mechanisms to improve the management of quality risk assessment.
  4. Proactively and effectively cooperate with customers to carry out various tasks, manage customers well and deal with all kinds of audits, and guide the provision of first-class services and improvement solutions for customers.
  5. Improve the internal testing methods and inspection requirements of the factory and manufacture corresponding testing fixtures according to product requirements. According to customer complaint information, modify the on-site testing plan.
  6. For process issues, undertake the tracking of electrostatic measurement data during the process. Evaluate whether the on-site electrostatic standards meet the requirements and do a good job in electrostatic protection during the process.

Requirements:


  1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above.
  2. Experience: At least 5-year quality management experience in electromechanical manufacturing enterprises. Familiar with the quality management and control requirements of enterprise production.
  3. Strong communication, coordination skills and team management skills.
