As a Quality Supervisor at Nobu, you will be responsible for maintaining and elevating our standards in service, food quality, cleanliness, and guest experience across the property. You will ensure departmental adherence to Nobu brand guidelines and operational protocols, providing leadership and support in continuous quality improvement initiatives. This role is vital in preserving the luxury, elegance, and precision that define the Nobu experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Standards Compliance: Ensure all departments operate in alignment with Nobu Hospitality brand standards. Perform regular audits and quality checks across F&B, guest services, housekeeping, and back-of-house operations.
- Quality Assurance Audits: Conduct detailed inspections of service execution, food presentation, hygiene, and ambiance. Provide actionable feedback and corrective guidance where necessary.
- Training & Development: Collaborate with department heads to implement training initiatives that reinforce quality, service excellence, and guest-centric culture. Act as a brand ambassador during onboarding.
- Guest Experience Monitoring & Incident Resolution: Review guest feedback, mystery shopper reports, and online reviews to identify trends, areas for improvement, and training opportunities. Actively participate in resolving guest incidents related to service or quality, ensuring a timely, empathetic, and brand-consistent response. Partner with department heads to follow up and implement corrective actions.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify process inefficiencies and recommend enhancements. Lead special projects focused on quality innovation and brand refinement.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety regulations according to local and international standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with culinary, operations, and housekeeping teams to promote seamless service and uphold consistency in product and experience.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Training in quality management (e.g., ISO certifications, Six Sigma, Breeam) is desirable.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a quality assurance or supervisory role within luxury hospitality, preferably with international experience. Knowledge of Revinate, HubOS, Opera is a plus.
- Technical skills: Knowledge of hotel operations and customer expectations in a luxury environment. Familiarity with international standards and regulations.
- Communication: Proficiency in English; additional languages are preferred.

- Grooming: Maintain a groomed appearance following Nobu standards. Flexibility to work different shifts.
