Role Overview

We're seeking a Scrum Master with a strategic mindset and a passion for empowering teams to deliver exceptional product outcomes. This is not a role for a facilitator of ceremonies – we're looking for a change agent who understands delivery, collaboration, ownership, and how to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and product thinking.

You’ll be instrumental in guiding a cross‑functional team from a delivery‑focused approach to a high‑performing, value‑driven product mindset. Your leadership will help shape how the team works, thinks, and grows.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion the shift from delivery‑focused execution to a product and value‑driven mindset.
• Foster team autonomy, cross‑functional collaboration, and shared ownership of outcomes.
• Ensure Scrum events (Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) are purposeful, engaging, and outcome‑oriented.
• Proactively identify and eliminate blockers – whether technical, organizational, or interpersonal.
• Drive continuous improvement through agile metrics, retrospectives, and actionable insights.
• Align the Product Team, Product Owner, and stakeholders around vision, goals, and priorities.
• Facilitate workshops and sessions focused on product vision, sprint goals, and discovery.
• Coach and mentor team members to grow in accountability, agility, and learning maturity.

What You Bring

• ~5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in digital product environments.
• ~ Proven success in evolving teams toward high performance and strong product ownership.
• ~ Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and other agile frameworks, with a pragmatic, people‑first approach.
• ~ Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills, with the ability to navigate complex team dynamics.
• ~ Solid grasp of product delivery principles, discovery techniques, feedback loops, and value‑driven metrics.
• ~ Experience with OKRs, agile delivery metrics, Lean UX, or systems coaching is a strong plus.
• ~ A mindset focused on outcomes, not just process.
