After securing a series-B funding in September 2024, Qualifyze is now focused on expanding to the US market.

We are looking for a Quality Officer to join the Quality department, ensuring that our reports meet all necessary requirements before reaching the consumer.

Main Responsibilities

1. Oversee audit reports to identify deviations from quality standards to ensure compliance with legal standards and meet customer expectations.
2. Co-supervise auditors' performance and provide guidance and feedback.
3. Participate in audits as auditor / co-auditor / observer.
4. Identify opportunities for improvement.
5. Contribute to the Qualifyze “common voice” definition related to technical aspects.

Minimum Requirements

1. Degree in pharmacy, chemistry, biology, or a similar field of study with a strong science / healthcare base.
2. GMP and GxP knowledge.
3. Open and communicative.
4. Fluent English communication skills in written and spoken (other languages are appreciated as well).
5. High computer and tech affinity.
6. Professional behavior in front of the client, auditors, and teammates.
