AdQualis Human Results seeks a hands-on Quality Manager to own quality performance in a dynamic automotive manufacturing plant in Valencia. The role is high-impact, with visibility and direct interaction with plant leadership to drive stability, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

You will lead the Quality function, ensure IATF 16949 compliance, and act as the primary interface with customers for quality issues and escalations. Fluency in English is required.

• Proven experience as Quality Manager in automotive manufacturing
• Strong expertise in IATF 16949 and core quality tools
• Results-driven, pragmatic, and hands-on mindset

Responsabilidades

• Lead and elevate the Quality function within the plant
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and customer requirements
• Act as a key interface with customers, managing quality issues and escalations
• Identify risks and drive improvements across product, processes, and equipment
• Strengthen core quality tools (FMEA, Control Plans, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA)
• Boost process capability and operational excellence
• Lead change, bringing structure, clarity, and results
