Factiun in Pamplona is seeking a Quality Manager to lead quality control of products and ensure compliance with required regulations and standards.

The role reports to the Operations Manager and involves supplier evaluation, document management, audits, and CE certification processes across national and occasional international travel.

Formación

• Engineering or technical degree is required.
• Advanced English is required.
• Experience in quality departments focusing on product quality and metrology is required.
• Experience in steel transformation production processes is valued.
• Knowledge of drawing interpretation, metrology, steel transformation processes (profiling, stamping, forging) and coatings is desirable.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally occasionally.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and approve suppliers and manage quality certificates documents.
• Monitor component traceability.
• Maintain the company’s Management System.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
• Obtain and maintain certificates (ISO9001, IS014001, UNE EN1090, Achilles).
• Support in field quality control during mechanical assembly.
• Control manufacturing processes and component validation.
• Evaluate new supplier capabilities.
• Manage project quality documents connecting customers and suppliers.
• Manage CE certifications for supplied products.
• Prepare quality certificates for customers.
• Manage quality incidents.

At Factiun, we are looking to hire a Quality Manager in Pamplona.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the quality control of our products with the aim of complying with the required regulations and standards.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Evaluation and approval of suppliers and document management of quality certificates.
• Monitoring of component traceability.
• Maintenance of the company’s Management System.
• Participation in internal and external audits.
• Obtaining and maintaining certificates (ISO9001, IS014001, UNE EN1090, Achilles, etc.)
• Support in field quality control processes during mechanical assembly of the product in compliance with the required standards.
• Control of manufacturing processes and component validation.
• Evaluation of new supplier capabilities.
• Project quality document management, linking customers and suppliers.
• Management of CE certifications for supplied products.
• Preparation of quality certificates for customers.
• Management of quality incidents.

What are we looking for?

• Engineering or technical specialty degree.
• Languages: advanced English.
• Experience in quality departments focused on product quality and metrology.
• Experience in steel transformation production processes will be valued.
• Knowledge of drawing interpretation, metrology, steel transformation production processes (profiling, stamping, forging) and coatings (hot-dip galvanizing, cold galvanizing, fastener coatings) is desirable.
• Availability to travel nationally (and internationally on occasion).
