Formación

• Mínimo cinco años de experiencia en gestión, ingeniería o similar.
• Conocimientos en herramientas digitales y análisis de datos.
• Capacidad de liderazgo en equipos funcionales y transversales.

• Liderar la gestión de proyectos digitales centrados en datos y asegurar la entrega a tiempo.

What You Will Do

• Lead end-to-end management of data-centric digital projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Define project scope, timelines, and budgets while applying standardized methodologies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to design and implement innovative digital solutions.
• Monitor project progress using analytics and KPIs, and proactively address risks or issues.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including risk logs and requirement specifications.
• Present project updates to stakeholders and support negotiations when needed.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and propose new initiatives aligned with user needs.
  
  

What we are looking for

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or any branch of Engineering.
• At least five years of experience in management, project management, engineering, or a related field.
• Solid knowledge or hands-on experience with digital tools such as WRP, QMS, and asset localization systems.
• A strong background in data analysis and the application of artificial intelligence to solve complex problems.
• Proven leadership capabilities, with extensive experience managing both direct and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish; proficiency in another European language is a valuable asset.
