What You Will Do
- Lead end-to-end management of data-centric digital projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Define project scope, timelines, and budgets while applying standardized methodologies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to design and implement innovative digital solutions.
- Monitor project progress using analytics and KPIs, and proactively address risks or issues.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including risk logs and requirement specifications.
- Present project updates to stakeholders and support negotiations when needed.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and propose new initiatives aligned with user needs.
What we are looking for
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or any branch of Engineering.
- At least five years of experience in management, project management, engineering, or a related field.
- Solid knowledge or hands-on experience with digital tools such as WRP, QMS, and asset localization systems.
- A strong background in data analysis and the application of artificial intelligence to solve complex problems.
- Proven leadership capabilities, with extensive experience managing both direct and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish; proficiency in another European language is a valuable asset.
