Job summary

Airbus Defence and Space SAU in Sevilla is seeking an A400M Retrofit & MRO Sevilla Production Quality Aircraft Manager to oversee in-situ reception, modification, testing and delivery phases ensuring on quality, on time and on cost performance.

You will coordinate quality activities under PERAM 145 for MRO operations, ensure regulatory and QMS compliance, and collaborate with a multinational team to resolve blocking issues and deliver documentation to customers.

Qualifications

• MRO regulations experience would be a plus.
• Advanced level in English and Spanish; German or French would be an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in interacting with military or aviation authorities would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate quality activities and resources to ensure On Quality, On Time and On Cost performance.
• Support in reception, modification, testing and delivery phases of the Aircraft to secure proper execution and documentation attestation.
• Ensure compliance with PERAM 145 regulation for MRO operations and adherence to QMS requirements.

An opportunity for an A400M Retrofit & MRO Sevilla Production Quality Aircraft Manager has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Sevilla - San Pablo.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The jobholder will support in situ the reception, modification, testing and delivery phases of the Aircraft to secure the proper execution of the activities, attestation of the documentation, solving in situ the blocking issues, supporting the documentation delivery to customer and solving the questions that customer may arise. Morning/afternoon shifts rotation maybe need to provide this support. The jobholder will coordinate quality activities and resources to secure the On Quality, On Time and On Cost performance. These activities will be performed under PERAM 145 regulation for MRO bussiness. The jobholder will secure the adherence to the regulation requirements as well as the quality management system requirements, company standards and values.

SKILLS

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience: MRO regulations experience will be a plus. High adaptability to work on new topics, new business and in a network mode. Experience in managing people and conflicts. Advanced level in English and Spanish German or French would be an asset. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Able to propose new ideas. Experience in interacting with military or aviation authorities would be a plus.
