Your main purpose

• Develop and implement quality control procedures, protocols, and guidelines to ensure consistent product quality and compliance with industry standards.
• Oversee and conduct inspections to verify products (just delivered and in stock) adhere to quality specifications and safety standards.
• Manage and coordinate all aspects of loyal member experience & guest experience from pre-arrival, arrival, and post-stay.
• Maintain detailed records of all quality control activities, test results, and corrective actions taken, ensuring compliance with documentation standards, providing insights on suppliers’ performance and evaluation.
• Investigate and identify product defects or quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and work with relevant teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate and participate in food safety audits to ensure the effectiveness of the quality control program.
