LyondellBasell is seeking a Quality Management leader to drive the Global QMS, audits, and standards across regional teams. The role focuses on customer satisfaction via robust quality systems and proactive prevention, with emphasis on data-driven decisions.

You will lead in ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF certifications, manage metrics, and partner with regional units to ensure conformance, risk management, and continual improvement. Hybrid work in Europe is possible.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering or other technical field.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Quality related roles
• Experience in ISO9001, ISO14001IATF Certification
• Possesses good interpersonal and communications skills to communicate effectively to all levels of the organization
• Knowledge and sound understanding of Quality Management Systems, Six Sigma, Statistical Analysis, Quality Tools (FMEA, PPAP, APQP, etc.) and Corrective Action Tools
• Project management and organizational skills
• Ability to summarize information and communicate effectively
• Good Computer Skills such as Excel, Power BI, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, SPC, Capability Studies, Regression Analysis, Graphical Analysis, Gage R&R, Measurement System Analysis, etc.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership in the area of Quality Management to the Regional Business Groups and Manufacturing Quality Teams including QMS Audits and Certifications
• Process Owner Quality Management System (QMS), Quality Critical Standards and QMS Audits
• Responsible for the Quality Policy, Quality Manuals, Risks and Opportunities, and Scope of the Quality Management System
• Analyze metrics and trends to have a deep understanding of opportunities
• Promote GoalZERO for Quality Culture, continual growth and development with emphasis on prevention, standard work, and risk-based thinking.
• Report to Management on the performance of the QMS and need for improvements or resources, while accounting for risks
• Work with process owners to develop, communicate, and maintain RACI analyses of QMS Processes incl. MOC, clearly distinguishing global standard ownership from regional and site execution responsibilities.
