LyondellBasell Industries seeks a Quality Excellence Management Representative to lead the global quality management system across manufacturing, labs and supply chains, ensuring compliance with ISO9001 and IATF 16949 requirements.

You will drive audits, standardize critical processes, analyze metrics, and partner with regional teams to prevent quality issues while supporting continuous improvement in a hybrid work environment based in the UK, Spain or Poland.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering or other technical field.
• Minimum 10 years of quality-related experience.
• Experience in ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF Certification.
• Good interpersonal and communications skills to communicate at all levels.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, Six Sigma, Statistical Analysis, Quality Tools (FMEA, PPAP, APQP) and Corrective Action Tools.
• Project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to summarize information and communicate effectively.
• Strong computer skills including Excel, Power BI, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, SPC, Capability Studies, Regression Analysis, Graphical Analysis, Gage R&R, MSA.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership in Quality Management across regions and Manufacturing Quality Teams, including QMS Audits and Certifications.
• Process Owner for QMS, Quality Critical Standards and QMS Audits.
• Responsible for the Quality Policy, Quality Manuals, Risks and Opportunities, and Scope of the QMS.
• Analyze metrics and trends to identify opportunities.
• Promote a Quality culture and preventative approaches.
• Report to Management on QMS performance and needs, considering risks.
• Develop and communicate RACI analyses for QMS processes (MOC) and clarify ownership.
• Support for Special Projects.
