Aernnova is seeking a Quality & Environmental Engineering Technician to reinforce its Quality and Environment team in Spain. You will ensure compliance with quality requirements, monitor environmental management processes, and support cross-functional projects across product development and industrialization.

The role requires a degree in engineering or chemistry, 3+ years of relevant experience, proficiency in English and in Microsoft 365/Excel, and knowledge of ISO 14001 and related

Formación

• Master’s or degree in engineering (Aeronautical, Mechanical, Industrial, or similar) or in Chemistry, Environment.
• 3+ years of work experience in an industrial context.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 standards.
• Knowledge of SEVESO, REACH, CLP, ATEX.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with internal and customer quality requirements for processes and products.
• Develop and monitor environmental management processes, systems, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product development and industrialization.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to Quality & Environmental Management.
• Lead the resolution of non-conformities with structured problem-solving and CAPA actions.
• Support customer requirements with reporting and information.
• Identify training needs and contribute to training across the organization.
