Aernnova Aerospace is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Technician to join our Manufacturing Engineering Team in Spain. You will monitor quality requirements across products and processes and drive containment, correction, and prevention actions with a focus on continuous improvement.
The role requires an engineering degree and 2+ years of industrial experience, with fluent English and travel availability.
Formación
- Master's or Bachelor's in Engineering (Aeronautical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related).
- 2+ years' experience in an industrial environment performing similar duties.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
Responsabilidades
- Monitor and support internal and customer quality requirements for products and processes.
- Ensure containment, correction and prevention of non-conformities with priority over customer complaints.
- Identify risks related to quality and environmental requirements and propose mitigation actions.
- Manage and resolve quality incidents through structured problem-solving methods.
- Generate quality reports and documentation with technical criteria.
- Collaborate with the organization on development projects, industrialization or process reengineering.
