• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Aeronautical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related).
• 3+ years of experience in an industrial environment.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Knowledge of composite materials.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

To strengthen our Manufacturing Engineering Team we are looking for Manufacturing Engineering Technician to join us.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute Manufacturing Engineering activities related to Composite Materials and Assembly, contributing to the development of products and/or their components in accordance with the specific requirements of each program and the company's engineering methodologies.
• Prepare and maintain the corresponding technical documentation.
• Identify and propose improvement initiatives to achieve optimal results in terms of quality, efficiency, and cost.
• Coordinate activities with other engineering teams and departments.
• Provide technical support, when required, to Manufacturing, Product Support, and subcontractors.
• Ensure that all assigned activities are carried out in compliance with project schedules, quality standards, and cost objectives, while actively contributing to the continuous improvement of the discipline.

REQUIREMENTS

• Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Aeronautical, Mechanical, Industrial, or a related field).
• 3+ years of experience performing the functions described above within an industrial environment.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Knowledge of composite materials.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel.
• Availability to travel.
