Aernnova is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Technician to join the Manufacturing Engineering Team in Ciudad Real, Spain. You will monitor quality requirements, resolve non-conformities, and contribute to process improvements.

The role requires a degree in engineering, at least 2 years in industry, and English proficiency, with travel availability as part of the position. You will work in a dynamic, international environment offering growth opportunities.

Formación

  • Engineering degree (Aeronautical, Mechanical, Industrial or related).
  • Minimum 2 years in industrial environment.
  • English speaking and writing proficiency.

Responsabilidades

  • Monitor and support quality requirements for products and processes.
  • Resolve non-conformities with containment, correction, and prevention.
  • Identify risks; promote preventive management (FMEAs, Control Plans).
  • Manage and resolve quality incidents within scope.
  • Generate quality reports and documentation.
  • Collaborate on development, industrialization, and transversal projects.

To strengthen our Manufacturing Engineering Team we are looking for Manufacturing Engineering Technician to join us.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Monitoring and support of internal and customer quality requirements, in products and processes, in accordance with the Group's quality planning model.
  • Ensure the resolution (containment, correction and prevention) of non-conformities, whether internal or external, and with priority over those that are the subject of customer complaints, relating to the product, process or service within its sphere of competence, through the application of structured methods of problem resolution.
  • Identify in time the risks associated with compliance with the quality and environmental requirements applicable to products, processes and services, promoting preventive management (FMEAs, Control Plan), defining, analysing and escalating these problems and proposing action plans for risk mitigation.
  • Management and resolution of quality incidents, internal or external, related to the product, process or service under its scope of competence, through the application of structured problem-solving methods,
  • Generation of quality reports and documentation with vision and technical criteria
  • Collaborate with the rest of the organization when required, in new development projects, industrialization, process reengineering, or any other transversal project of the organization, in activities of the quality function.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Aeronautical, Mechanical, Industrial, or a related field).
  • 2+ years of experience performing the functions described above within an industrial environment.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Knowledge of composite materials.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel.
  • Availability to travel.
