Aernnova invites applications for the Head of FALs Support position, based in Getafe, Spain. The role demands leading multidisciplinary teams, ensuring on-time delivery, quality and safety while managing costs and supporting new business proposals.

The candidate must have engineering credentials, at least 2 years of related experience, travel ability, and strong English and leadership skills to drive performance and stakeholder collaboration.

Formación

• Technical Aeronautical Engineering or Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering.
• 2+ year of work experience in the functions detailed.
• Ability to travel.
• Fluency in English.
• Capacity for management, motivation, and teamwork.
• Leadership, assertiveness, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Analysis and synthesis capacity, prioritization, and decision-making.
• Order and systematics. Results-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in preparation of commercial proposals.
• Manage negotiations and communication with the customer.
• Lead, organize, and motivate multidisciplinary teams (production, engineering, quality).
• Implement quality control measures and procedures.
• Plan and oversee project activities.
• Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations.
• Monitor and supervise procurement and warehouse operations.
• Identify and track potential risks.
• Define and monitor annual goals and KPIs.
• Prepare analytical income statements.
• Control costs and identify opportunities for efficiency.
• Contribute to the Management Committee.
• Provide internal and external reports.

Ensure production within Aernnova’s area of responsibility at the customer’s facilities, meeting deadlines, costs, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction through effective team management, control of financial performance, and support for new proposals and business development.
