Aernnova is seeking a Cybersecurity Compliance Specialist to strengthen information security governance across its global operations in Spain. You will define, implement, and oversee policies and procedures ensuring regulatory alignment and effective risk management.

You will collaborate with multiple business areas, conduct audits, report on compliance status, and liaise with external stakeholders to support ISO 27001, ENS and GDPR initiatives in a dynamic aerospace environment.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Telecommunications Engineering, or similar.
• Master’s degree or equivalent in cybersecurity is a plus.
• 2–5 years of experience in information security, compliance, auditing or related fields.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001.
• Knowledge of ENS and GDPR is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, update, and maintain information security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Implement security policies and procedures across the Group’s companies.
• Participate in internal and external information security audits.
• Monitor compliance with ISO 27001, ENS, GDPR, and related regulations.
• Prepare security reports and management documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
• Collaborate with departments to implement IS policies.
• Promote continual improvement of the ISMS.

Cybersecurity Compliance Specialist

We are looking to strengthen Aernnova’s capabilities in information security and regulatory compliance within the Corporate Cybersecurity Department.

What We Are Looking For

You will be responsible for defining, implementing, and maintaining information security policies and procedures, ensuring their effective deployment and compliance across the organization. The role also provides cybersecurity support and guidance to different business areas and departments.

• Develop, update, and maintain information security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Implement security policies and procedures across the Group’s companies.
• Participate in internal and external information security audits.
• Monitor compliance with applicable regulations and standards (ISO 27001, ENS – Spanish National Security Framework, GDPR, etc.).
• Prepare security reports and management documentation.
• Coordinate and liaise with external stakeholders, including vendors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure effective implementation of information security policies.
• Promote continuous improvement of the Information Security Management System (ISMS).

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Telecommunications Engineering, or similar.
• Additional training in cybersecurity (Master’s degree or equivalent is a plus).
• 2 to 5 years of experience in information security, compliance, auditing or related fields
• Experience supporting information security management systems and compliance activities.
• Experience participating in internal or external audits, in documentation management and compliance evidence collection is desirable.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001.
• Knowledge of ENS will be considered an advantage.
• Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements related to cybersecurity.
• Advanced English proficiency is essential, both written and spoken.
