At Draxton Atxondo, located in Vizcaya, we are looking to bring on a Quality Engineer -Metrology Specialist.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to grow organically within the Industrial Quality area, progressing through three phases with increasing responsibilities and compensation at each stage. You will report both hierarchically and functionally to the Quality Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
- Phase 1: Learn to measure parts and create measurement programs using 3D machinery, as well as conduct metrological analysis.
- Phase 2: Propose, assign, and oversee the distribution of work loads within the Metrology team based on assigned projects and area priorities.
- Phase 3: Drive continuous improvement in the Metrology area, collaborating on optimization processes and established training programs.
Requirements to succeed in the role:
- Academic Background: Degree or qualification in Chemistry, Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: We are open to profiles with or without prior experience in the field.
- Languages: Intermediate or advanced level of English.
