Job summary

JC Brand Esp Market SL in Madrid is seeking a technical engineer for Light Woven products. You will create precise specs, lead fit sessions with designers, and drive industrialization from concept to production.

You will oversee quality, collaborate across Design and Production, and continuously optimize methods to balance quality, feasibility and cost in a fast-moving, fashion-forward environment.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background in Light Woven garments.
• Experience with industrial production processes and fabric trims.
• Proficiency in technical drawing and CAD tools.
• Fluency in Spanish and very good English; German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create precise technical specifications and measurements for Light Woven products.
• Lead fit sessions with designers and provide constructive feedback on fit, silhouette, and construction.
• Oversee quality throughout development and production to meet brand standards.
• Serve as the key link between Design and Production for industrialization and problem solving.
• Improve production methods to balance quality, feasibility and cost while meeting timelines.
