Job summary

JC Brand Esp Market SL in Madrid is seeking a Senior Technical Engineer to drive precise specifications and measurements for Light Woven garments and ensure a smooth handover from design to production.

You will lead prototyping, run fit sessions, and provide clear feedback to refine fit, silhouette, and construction, while owning quality across development and manufacturing with a strong cross‑functional focus. Fluency in Spanish and English is required; German is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Technology, Textile Engineering, Apparel Production, or equivalent.
6–8 years of experience in Technical Engineering, ideally in fast fashion or Light Woven products.
Fluent in Spanish; very good in English; German is a plus.
Proficient with technical drawing and software such as Illustrator and PLM.
Strong collaboration across design, production and teams.

Responsibilities

Create precise technical specifications and measurements for Light Woven products.
Lead prototyping, fit sessions, and provide clear feedback to refine fit, silhouette, and construction.
Oversee quality throughout development and production.
Act as the link between Design and Production for industrialization and solving technical challenges.
Continuously improve production methods balancing quality, feasibility, cost, and timelines.
