Job summary

JC Brand Esp Market SL, headquartered in Madrid, invites a fabric development professional to join the Madrid design hub. You will shape seasonal fabrics, collaborate with Design and Buying, and help build a core library that fuels cross-seasonal opportunities.

The role combines startup energy with the backing of a major European fashion group; travel to international mills is expected to source innovative materials and sustain competitive pricing.

Qualifications

• University degree or vocational training in Textile Management, Fashion Design, Garment Technology, or related discipline.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills with suppliers.
• Experience in fabric development or textile sourcing is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Define seasonal fabric directions with Design and Buying teams.
• Negotiate prices, MOQs, and lead times with suppliers.
• Maintain core fabric library and cross-seasonal opportunities.
• Bridge Design with Buying and Sourcing to meet commercial needs.
