Responsibilities :

1. Direct quality contact with the customer.
2. Customer satisfaction and experience (CS / CX).
3. Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP).
4. Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
5. Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA).
6. Statistical Process Control (SPC).
7. Production Part Approval Process (PPAP).
8. Customer Specific Requirements (CSR).
9. Customer complaint management.
10. Problem-solving (8D, Ishikawa, 5Why, 4M’s, etc.).
11. Monitoring and reporting of quality-related KPIs.
12. Product and process changes.

What we are looking for :

1. A degree in Engineering.
2. A high level of English proficiency.
3. At least 2 years of experience in the quality field.
4. Knowledge of IATF 16949 standard, Lean Manufacturing, Project Management, VDA 6.3.
