A leading company in the automotive industry is seeking a quality engineer in Barcelona. This role involves analyzing product specifications, ensuring compliance with quality regulations, and managing various quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate should possess a solid background in quality tools and automotive regulations, particularly VDA and ISO standards.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze new products specifications.
• Prepare and verify approval reports.
• Ensure compliance with quality regulations.
• Preparation of technical documentation.
• Coordinate the realization and implementation of the FMEA process.
• Problem analysis and improvement proposals.
• Analysis and management of claims of the purchased parts.
• Action plans follow-up derived from the corrective measures.

Conocimientos

Ability to solve problems using quality tools

Experience in the automotive sector, oriented to quality regulations

FMEA and control plan

Compliance with ISO 9001 regulations

IATF 16949

Knowledge of 8D

We are looking for a quality engineer in Barcelona area.

Tasks & Responsibilities :

• Analyze new products specifications.
• Prepare and verify approval reports.
• Ensure compliance with quality regulations.
• Preparation of technical documentation (manuals, management guidelines, etc.)
• Coordinate the realization and implementation of the FMEA process.
• Problem analysis and improvement proposals
• Analysis and management of claims of the purchased parts
• Action plans follow-up derived from the corrective measures to be implemented in the purchasing parts.

Skills & Knowledge :

• Ability to solve problems using quality tools
• Experience in the automotive sector, oriented to quality regulations (such as VDA), part manufacturing processes.
• FMEA and control plan
• Compliance with ISO 9001 regulations
• IATF 16949
• Knowledge of 8D
