Overview

Job Offer: Quality Engineer – Automotive Industry

Location: Ibi, Alicante, Spain

Employment type: Permanent / Full-time

We are looking for a Quality Engineer with experience in the automotive sector to join our team and participate in the assurance and continuous improvement of production processes, guaranteeing customer’s quality standards compliance, especially German customers.

Responsibilities

• Supervision and control of quality processes in production.
• Customer complaint management (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa).
• Internal and external audits management.
• Collaboration with production, engineering and logistics departments to improve product quality.
• Preparation and monitoring of Quality KPI’s tracking and preparation.

Qualifications

• Essential: Engineering degree (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical).
• Fluent in English language, writing and speaking (C1 level).
• Office 365 knowledge and quality management systems.

What Will put you ahead

• Knowledge of German (level B1 or higher).
• Specific training in IATF 16949, VDA 6.3 or Core Tools.
• Previous experience of 2 years in a similar position in the automotive sector.
• Quality standards and tools knowledge (APQP, PPAP, AMFE, MSA, SPC, etc.).
• Previous experience in dealing with OEMs or Tier 1.
