Una empresa líder en transformación de acero y aluminio busca un profesional con proyección internacional. El candidato ideal gestionará la cultura de calidad y el sistema de gestión integrado, apoyando a las plantas en normas y regulaciones. Con un enfoque en el sector automotriz y experiencia en ambientes Lean, buscamos a alguien que pueda realizar auditorías y desarrollar herramientas en calidad mientras viaja 40% del tiempo.

Formación

• Experiencia mínima de 5 años en industria automotriz en entorno Lean.
• Dominio del español y inglés (C1), alemán valorado.
• Conocimiento de estándares IATF 16949, VDA.

Responsabilidades

• Apoyar a las plantas con regulaciones y documentación necesaria.
• Mejorar y estandarizar el Sistema de Gestión Integrado.
• Definir y monitorear indicadores de calidad.

is a leading company in the transformation of flat steel and aluminum, with over 65 years of history, 54 factories, 21 distribution centers, and offices in 27 countries. We manufacture various products grouped into 7 business lines:

• Service Centers: We supply flat steel, aluminum, tubes, and 3D laser cutting for the main manufacturers in the automotive sector.
• Metal Structures: Design, engineering, manufacturing, supply, and installation of metal structures for sectors such as road, agri-food, electrical infrastructure, and energy and data transmission.
• Solar Steel: Design and supply of solar trackers and fixed structures for the photovoltaic solar market.
• Storage Systems: Design, manufacture, and assembly of comprehensive storage systems with the latest technical and safety specifications.
• Electromobility: Development of solutions and products for industrial applications and sustainable electric mobility.
• Precision Tubes: Manufacturing of high-precision carbon steel and stainless steel tubes with advanced R&D.
• Laser Cutting: Provision of 2D and 3D laser cutting services for metallurgical parts, including handling and finishing.

Mission: Creating, transferring, and improving a Quality culture in Gonvarri by identifying best practices and risks, supporting the sites to achieve excellence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting plants with external and internal regulations, creating necessary documentation, monitoring SGI plans, and supporting customer relations and audits.
• Improving and standardizing the Integrated Management System, supporting regional managers, and developing quality tools through TQM.
• Providing a comprehensive overview of quality, defining and monitoring indicators, analyzing corrective actions, and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Maintaining and developing the headquarters' quality system, conducting audits, and managing external certifications and standards.

Studies and expertise: Engineering and/or Sciences Degree; postgraduate courses in Quality or Integrated Systems valued.

Languages: Spanish & English (C1); German valued.

Experience: At least 5 years in a similar automotive industry position within a Lean environment.

Other essential requisites include thorough knowledge of the automotive sector, standards (IATF 16949, VDA), and certification as an internal auditor is valued.

40% travel, on-site work, with flexible hours.
