Gonvarri Steel Industries busca un Responsable de Calidad con proyección internacional. La misión incluye la mejora de la cultura de calidad, el apoyo a plantas en normativas ISO, y la gestión de auditorías internas. Se requiere formación en ingeniería y más de 5 años de experiencia en la industria automotriz, preferiblemente en entornos Lean. Dominio de español y inglés es esencial.

Formación

• Experiencia mínima de 5 años en una posición similar en la industria automotriz.
• Dominio del español y inglés (C1), valorándose el alemán.
• Conocimientos sólidos de normas de calidad y herramientas básicas.

Responsabilidades

• Apoyo en la creación y seguimiento de planes de calidad en plantas.
• Auditorías internas y gestión del sistema de calidad.
• Estandarización de herramientas de calidad a través de TQM.

Service Centers: We supply flat steel, aluminum, tubes, and 3D laser cutting for the main manufacturers in the automotive sector.
Metal Structures: Design, engineering, manufacturing, supply, and installation of metal structures for the road, agri-food, electrical infrastructure, and energy and data transmission sectors.
Solar Steel: We design and supply solar trackers and fixed structures for the photovoltaic solar market.
Storage Systems: We design, manufacture, and assemble comprehensive storage systems with the latest technical and safety specifications.
Electromobility: We develop solutions and products for industrial applications and sustainable electric mobility.
Precision Tubes: We manufacture high-precision carbon steel and stainless steel tubes with the best quality and the most advanced R&D.
Laser Cutting: Providers of 2D and 3D laser cutting of metallurgical parts with capacity for long and short runs, as well as services for handling metal parts and specific finishes.

Who are we looking for?
A person with great international projection within the group.
Mission: Creating, transferring, and improving a Quality culture in Gonvarri, by identifying best practices and risks, supporting the sites to reach excellence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Support to Plants: Support for needs associated with external regulations (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, CSR) and internal regulations (SGI).
On-site support: Creation of necessary documentation, monitoring and support of the plants' SGI Plan (Quality Area).
Support with customer relations.
Participation in quality protocols for new plants.
Conducting internal process audits in preparation for customer audits.
Implementation of the Gestamp-Gonvarri protocol, ensuring compliance.
SGI (Integrated Management System): Improve and update the SGI Audit standard, develop and implement an Integrated Management System for new plants, and support regional managers.
Standardize Quality tools through TQM: Develop flowcharts, FMEAs, and Control Plans; teach the TQM school.
Maintain and update DRIVE: Define and monitor Quality indicators, track corrective actions, and analyze opportunities for improvement.
Manage the Quality System at headquarters: Conduct and manage audits, handle external certifications, and oversee administrative tasks related to quality standards.

Studies And Expertise
Engineering and/or Sciences Degree. Post-degree, master, and doctorate courses on Quality and/or Integrated Systems are valued.

Languages
Spanish & English (C1); German is valued.

Experience
At least 5 years in a similar position within the Automotive Industry in a Lean environment.

Other Essential Requisites
Thorough knowledge of the Automotive Sector, standards (IATF 16949:2015, VDA…), Core Tools, and certification as an internal auditor (valued).
40% travel, on-site work with flexible hours.
