We are looking for a Quality Control Specialist to join the Quality Control department at Biomat SA, a company dedicated to analyzing and controlling the plasma used by Instituto Grifols SA as raw material for the production of plasma derivatives.

What your responsibilities will be

• You will be responsible for the design, planning, and documenting the validations of the analytical methods of the quality control laboratory.
• You will be responsible for the design and documentation of the qualification and updating of laboratory equipment and related computer systems.
• You will be responsible for documenting and applying improvements in the laboratory.
• You will evaluate data to detect trends and report and manage the quality indicators of the area.
• You will participate in projects that apply to the quality control area.
• You will provide technical support to the laboratory.

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, education, and/or ability required. • Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the GMP pharmaceutical sector.
• Experience in the validation of analytical methods.
• Advanced level of English.
• Knowledge in statistical analysis and advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, macros, etc.) and Power BI.
• It will be valued to have experience in Data Science/biostatistics.
