You will be responsible for quality assurance, testing methodologies, and collaborating across teams. Required qualifications include a Master’s degree and experience in ML project quality assurance. Formación

• 2+ years of experience in quality assurance, focusing on functional, performance, and automation testing.
• Demonstrated understanding of reproducibility, model output validation, and bias detection.
• Understanding of testing methodologies for AI/ML systems (reproducibility, model output validation, bias detection).
• Familiarity with ML/LLM workflows (Python, APIs, cloud ML platforms).
• Proficiency in English; Spanish or French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure reliability and performance of AI solutions for clients.
• Collaborate to define acceptance criteria.
• Evaluate system quality for scalability and integrity.
• Create and standardise quality control processes.
• Develop and maintain test suites for AI systems.
• Design automated and manual tests for LLM applications.
• Contribute to improvement of QA processes.
• Act as the point of contact for quality validation on final deliverables.

Conocimientos

Experience in software or ML project quality assurance

Understanding of testing methodologies for AI/ML systems

Familiarity with modern ML and LLM workflows

What You'll Do:

As our Quality Control Engineer, you will be the critical guardian of quality for our high-performance, AI-driven solutions and LLM services. This is a hands-on role where you will directly influence the reliability and scalability of cutting-edge technology deployed to our global client base.

• Ensure the reliability and performance of AI solutions delivered to clients.
• Collaborate with teams to define and establish acceptance criteria.
• Evaluate system quality for scalability, latency, and data integrity.
• Create and standardise quality control and reporting across projects.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive test suites for AI systems and ML workflows.
• Design and implement automated and manual testing for LLM applications (chatbots, RAG, APIs).
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and documentation.
• Act as the point of contact for quality validation on final deliverables.

Necessary skills:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in software or ML project quality assurance, focusing on functional, performance, and automation testing.
• Demonstrated understanding of testing methodologies for AI/ML systems (e.g., reproducibility, model output validation, bias detection).
• Familiarity with modern ML and LLM workflows (Python, APIs, cloud ML platforms).
• Proficiency in English; Spanish or French is a plus.
• Compensation: Competitive salary, with a signing bonus and a retention bonus at the end of the contract.
