3PBIOVIAN in Navarra, Spain, seeks a proactive Quality Control Biological Laboratory Manager to lead our QC department and ensure top-quality biotech testing. You will plan and coordinate laboratory activities, supervise personnel, and maintain GMP-compliant documentation and training.

Key responsibilities include ensuring accuracy of results, developing SOPs and CoAs, overseeing equipment state per data sheets, and guiding investigations of OOS and deviations.

We are looking for a proactive, rigorous and adaptable Quality Control Biological Laboratory Manager to join our Quality Control Department.

As a Quality Control Biological Laboratory Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and coordination of laboratory activities, ensuring compliance and effective management of human resources according to operational needs.
• Guarantee the accuracy of the results issued by the Laboratory.
• Manage, supervise and generate technical documentation associated such as: SOPs and CoAs.
• Coordinate the correct state of work equipment according to GMP requirements and technical data sheets.
• Manage and investigate OOS and deviations as needed.
• Ensure the application of GMP requirements and the correct training of the personnel in charge.

Education:

• University degree or equivalent in Chemistry, Biochemistry; Biology; Biotechnology or related areas.
• Master's degree in Chemistry; Biochemistry; Biology; Biotechnology or related areas.
• PhD in related areas is desirable, but not necessary.

Languages:

Fluent in Spanish. Intermediate level of English (Level B2 / First Certificate).

At least 4 years of experience with/ in:

• Experience on GMP regulations.
• Extensive technical knowledge on molecular biology assays (SDS-Page, ELISA, qPCR, microbiology, bioassays).
• Experience in international environments is a plus.
• Experience on cell bioassay is a plus.
• Managing a technical team in a Laboratory.
• You will have 26 paid days off: 23 vacation days + 2 personal days + 1 day off set by the company.
