3PBIOVIAN seeks a forward-thinking Quality Control Physicochemical Laboratory Manager to join our QC Department in Navarra. You will plan laboratory activities, assure data accuracy, and lead SOP/CoA documentation efforts, while maintaining GMP compliance and staff training.

Your role includes overseeing equipment status, addressing OOS events, and guiding a technically skilled team to deliver reliable results in a biologics-focused environment.

Formación

• University degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology or Biotechnology.
• Master's degree in related areas; PhD desirable but not required.
• Fluent in Spanish with intermediate English (B2).
• 4+ years experience with GMP regulations and QC labs.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and coordinate laboratory activities ensuring GMP compliance.
• Guarantee accuracy of results issued by the laboratory.
• Supervise and generate SOPs and CoAs documentation.
• Maintain equipment state per data sheets and GMP requirements.
• Investigate OOS and deviations and ensure proper training of staff.

We are looking for a forward-thinking, methodical and detail-oriented Quality Control Physicochemical Laboratory Manager to join our Quality Control Department.

As a Quality Control Physicochemical Laboratory Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and coordination of laboratory activities, ensuring compliance and effective management of human resources according to operational needs.
• Guarantee the accuracy of the results issued by the Laboratory.
• Manage, supervise and generate technical documentation associated such as: SOPs and CoAs.
• Coordinate the correct state of work equipment according to GMP requirements and technical data sheets.
• Manage and investigate OOS and deviations as needed.
• Ensure the application of GMP requirements and the correct training of the personnel in charge.

Education:

• University degree or equivalent in Chemistry, Biochemistry; Biology; Biotechnology or related areas.
• Master's degree in Chemistry; Biochemistry; Biology; Biotechnology or related areas.
• PhD in related areas is desirable, but not necessary

Languages:

Fluent in Spanish. Intermediate level of English (Level B2 / First Certificate).

At least 4 years of experience with/ in:

• Experience on GMP regulations.
• Use of techniques such as HPLC, UV and IR Spectrophotometry, UPLC, Fluorescence, DAD, UV-VIS.
• Use of Agilent equipment with Empower 3 software.
• Experience in international environments is a plus.
• Managing a technical team in a Laboratory.
• You will have 26 paid days off: 23 vacation days + 2 personal days + 1 day off set by the company.
