3PBioViAn is seeking an AMD Biochemical Laboratory Technician to join the Analytical Methods Development Department in Navarra, Spain. You will develop, qualify, and transfer biochemical analytical methods, review data, and prepare protocols and reports for stability studies and reference materials.

Responsibilities include SOP development, stability study management, efficiency improvements, and collaboration in technical meetings with customers. Open to shifts; strong English required.

Formación

• University degree or equivalent in related areas: Biochemistry; Biology; Biotechnology; Chemistry, etc.
• Advanced level of English Level, C1 / Advanced.
• Open to work in shifts.
• Between 3 and 4 years of experience in Biopharmaceutical, biotech sector or research centers.
• Experience with recombinant proteins, mAbs, Biosimilar, ADCs.
• Participation in the development of analytical methods and experimental designs.
• Supervision and coordination of personnel.
• Participation in technical meetings with customers.
• Valuable knowledge in GMP regulations and in the qualification/validation of analytical methods

Responsabilidades

• Carry out development, implementation, qualification and transfer of biochemical analytical methods; design experiments and generate protocols/reports.
• Develop standard operating procedures related to analytical methods and area operations.
• Prepare protocols, reports and final reports of stability studies and related investigations.
• Manage stability studies, sample control, analysis times and execution of runs.
• Ensure compliance, review documentation and communicate results for biochemical analytical activity.
• Participate in technical meetings and propose operational improvements.
• Provide technical responsibility within assigned projects.

We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive and quality-focused AMD Biochemical Laboratory Technician to join our Analytical Methods Development Department.

?Responsibilities:

As a AMD Biochemical Laboratory Technician , your responsibilities will include:

• Carry out the activities of development, implementation, qualification and transfer of the different biochemical analytical methods. This activity includes the design of experiments, the review of documentation and associated data, and the generation of protocols, reports and/or presentations required.

• Develop standard operating procedures related to analytical methods, as well as other procedures related to the operation of the area.

• Prepare protocols, reports, as well as final reports of stability studies, forced degradation studies, characterization of reference materials, re-testing of reference materials, investigations and other non-GMP studies not covered in the above descriptions.

• Manage stability studies, sample and sample location control, analysis times and execution of analytical runs.

• Ensure compliance, follow up, review documentation and communication of results related to biochemical analytical activity in support of batches for which the area is responsible for analysis.

• Participate in technical meetings.

• Participate in the proposal of operational improvements of the area oriented to the quality and efficiency of the work performed.

• Technical responsibility for the activities developed within the framework of the assigned projects.

Assesment criteria:

• University degree or equivalent in related areas: Biochemistry; Biology; Biotechnology; Chemistry, etc.

• Valuable but not necessary Master's Degree related to the area (Chemistry; Biochemistry; Biotechnology; Biology, etc.).

• Valuable but not necessary Phd related to the area.

• Advanced level of English Level, C1 / Advanced. Language certificate not required; placement test will be administered.

• Open to work in shifts.

Between 3 and 4 years of experience in:

• Biopharmaceutical, biotech sector or research centers.

• Analytical methods such as: Western-Blot, SDS-PAGE, capillary electrophoresis, ELISA, qPCR, cell culture, microbiological assays, bio-layer interferometry, protein quantification, etc.

• Experience with recombinant proteins, mAbs, Biosimilar, ADCs.

• Participation in the development of analytical methods and experimental designs.

• Supervision and coordination of personnel.

• Participation in technical meetings with customers.

• Valuable knowledge in GMP regulations and in the qualification/validation of analytical methods
