3PBIOVIAN in Navarra, Spain, seeks a proactive Quality Control Biological Laboratory Manager to lead our QC department and ensure top-quality biotech testing. You will plan and coordinate laboratory activities, supervise personnel, and maintain GMP-compliant documentation and training.

Key responsibilities include ensuring accuracy of results, developing SOPs and CoAs, overseeing equipment state per data sheets, and guiding investigations of OOS and deviations.

Formación

• Experience with GMP regulations.
• Extensive technical knowledge of molecular biology assays.
• Experience in international environments is a plus.
• Experience in cell bioassay is a plus.
• Managing a technical team in a Laboratory.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and coordinate laboratory activities with HR considerations.
• Guarantee the accuracy of laboratory results.
• Manage and generate SOPs and CoAs.
• Coordinate equipment state per GMP and data sheets.
• Manage OOS and deviations.
• Ensure GMP requirements and staff training.
