JD Logistics is seeking a meticulous Quality Control professional to ensure high standards across our operations. You will develop and maintain QC processes, conduct audits, and analyze data to drive improvements.

Collaborative work with procurement, logistics, and product teams is essential to uphold JD.com’s reputation for excellence. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Quality Management, 2+ years in QC/QA, and strong data analysis skills with Excel or similar tools.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in quality control or quality assurance in e‑commerce/logistics.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001 quality management systems.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, statistical software).

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes for product categories and workflows.
• Conduct inspections and audits to detect deviations from quality standards.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement areas.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and product development to address issues and implement CAPA.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality requirements.
• Prepare quality reports and present findings to management.
• Train staff on quality standards and procedures.
• Manage customer quality complaints and resolve them effectively.
