JD.com’s JINGDONG Logistics is seeking a meticulous Quality Control professional to ensure the highest product and service quality across operations in a fast-paced logistics environment.

You will develop and maintain QC processes, conduct inspections, analyze data, and collaborate with procurement, logistics, and product teams to implement improvements and corrective actions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in quality control or quality assurance in an e-commerce or logistics environment.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, statistical software).
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactive and results-oriented with a strong commitment to quality.
• Experience with Six Sigma or Lean methodologies is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and procedures for various product categories and operational workflows.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of products, services, and operational processes to identify deviations from established quality standards.
• Analyze quality data and identify trends, root causes of defects, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., procurement, logistics, product development) to address quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality requirements.
• Prepare comprehensive quality reports and present findings to management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to quality control.
• Participate in the training of staff on quality standards and procedures.
• Manage and resolve customer quality complaints in a timely and effective manner.
