JINGDONG Logistics is seeking a highly analytical professional to drive substantial improvements in logistics quality across our global network. You will focus on optimizing efficiency, reducing costs, and elevating the customer experience through data-driven strategies and KPI optimization.

You will collaborate with operations, technology, product and finance to implement robust improvement programs and report ROI. A strong background in analytics and lean methods is essential for success.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain optimization, or operations management with proven P&L improvements.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Python, R) and BI platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with large-scale logistics operations, e-commerce, or last-mile delivery is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of lean principles, Six Sigma, or other process-improvement frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze existing logistics processes to identify bottlenecks and cost-reduction opportunities across warehousing, transport, and last-mile.
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve logistics quality and KPIs like on-time delivery and fulfillment accuracy.
• Collaborate with operations, technology, product and finance to design and execute improvement projects.
• Lead root-cause analysis for logistics quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor financial impact of improvements and report ROI to leadership.
• Use advanced analytics to forecast performance, identify trends, and address potential issues.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in logistics.
• Prepare detailed reports and make recommendations to senior management.

Job Summary

JD.com is seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented professional to drive significant improvements in logistics quality, directly impacting our profit and loss. This role will focus on optimizing operational efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing the overall customer experience within our vast logistics network.

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze existing logistics processes, identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for cost reduction across various stages of the supply chain (e.g., warehousing, transportation, last-mile delivery).
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies and initiatives to enhance logistics quality, leading to measurable improvements in key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, damage rates, fulfillment accuracy, and delivery cost per order.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, technology, product, and finance teams to design and execute logistics improvement projects.
• Lead root cause analysis for logistics quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor and report on the financial impact of logistics quality improvements, demonstrating clear ROI for implemented solutions.
• Utilize advanced analytics and statistical methods to forecast logistics performance, identify trends, and proactively address potential issues.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape in logistics and supply chain management.
• Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to senior management regarding logistics performance and improvement opportunities.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field. Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain optimization, or operations management, with a proven track record of driving P&L improvements.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, advanced Excel) and business intelligence platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to identify problems, develop solutions, and implement changes that result in tangible business value.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with large-scale logistics operations, e-commerce, or last-mile delivery is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of lean principles, Six Sigma methodologies, or other process improvement frameworks.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
