At the Buyer Risk and Compliance Global Quality Organization, we're seeking a dedicated, hardworking, and highly analytical candidate to join as an Auditor.

This individual will be responsible for auditing program-level defects, analyzing and reporting on defect data and trends. The role involves driving projects and initiatives, collating quality data, and proactively providing quality updates to leadership.

Key job responsibilities
  • Research and evaluate facts surrounding transactions, identify process deviations through audits.
  • Utilize sampling methodologies to ensure appropriate investigation audits.
  • Communicate with external customers and financial institutions via phone and email during audits.
  • Identify new MO/Fraud patterns, analyze process adherence and risks, and communicate trends and solutions to QA leadership and stakeholders.
  • Provide training needs analysis and support management and training teams.
  • Engage with global stakeholders, drive calibration efforts across sites.
  • Contribute to SOP/Process/Tool improvements and automation projects.
  • Develop strategic policies to simplify and improve processes.
  • Produce regular analyses and reports on defect trends, perform data mining, and identify quality improvement opportunities.
  • Proactively identify and communicate process gaps or defects, leading resolution efforts.
  • Ensure personal development through engagement with Learning & Development teams.
About the team

The Audit and Insight team audits seller registration, verification, and compliance checks across marketplaces, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements to enhance seller experience and operational excellence.
