Formación

  • Mínimo 4 años de experiencia en desarrollo y mantenimiento de un sistema de calidad.
  • Conocimientos de estándares de calidad y metodología TQM.

Responsabilidades

  • Gestionar el sistema de calidad, asegurando la consistencia en Europa.
  • Realizar auditorías internas y externas a proveedores y TPMs.
  • Gestionar incidentes de calidad y quejas externas.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Manage the Quality system, ensuring consistency in Europe (production plants and R&D Center).

Provide support in the validation and evaluation of suppliers and third-party manufacturers (TPMs).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Ensure GMP Compliance and prepare necessary training.
  2. Write, execute, and review all documentation related to the Quality system and keep it updated.
  3. Train personnel on the Quality documentation system.
  4. Evaluate and validate suppliers and TPMs.
  5. Carry out internal audits (intercompany plants) and external audits to suppliers and TPMs.
  6. Provide assistance to audits of our facilities by health authorities and other third parties or customers.
  7. Manage and investigate Quality incidents and out of spec (OOS) as well as external complaints.
  8. Timely management of internal and customer complaints to assure the necessary investigations have been made, and the necessary CAPA is applied and verified.
  9. Provide support on product recalls or retrievals.
  10. Provide support on the Change Management System.
  11. Provide support and review documentation regarding qualification of equipment, services, and systems.
  12. Manage calibration of measurement, test, and control devices.
  13. Participate in QA activities during new developments, transfers, or insourcings.
  14. Provide support on all QA basic functions for FDA Compliance:
  15. Review the Batch file and release FDA finished goods.
  16. Tasks listed on the SOP-QA-003.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Education:

  1. University degree in technical discipline.
  2. Proficient in English and Spanish.
  3. Knowledge of Quality Standards.
  4. GMP / FDA knowledge.
  5. Knowledge of TQM methodology and processes management.

Experience:

Minimum 4 years of experience in developing and maintaining a Quality system as well as experience in sanitization in the food, cosmetic, or pharma business.

  2. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root-cause, recommend options, prioritize, and implement appropriate solutions.
  3. Must have people skills and Team Work.
  4. Autonomous.
  5. Auditor of Quality Systems.
  6. Ability to travel as needed to support Revlon business initiatives.
  7. Real experience hands-on in production processes.
  8. Experience in direct contact with customers.
