POSITION OVERVIEW

  • Manage the Quality system, ensuring consistency across Europe (production plants and R&D Center).
  • Provide support in the validation and evaluation of suppliers and third-party manufacturers (TPMs).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure GMP compliance and prepare necessary training.
  • Write, execute, and review all documentation related to the Quality system, keeping it updated.
  • Train personnel on the Quality documentation system.
  • Evaluate and validate suppliers and TPMs.
  • Conduct internal audits (intercompany plants) and external audits to suppliers and TPMs.
  • Assist in audits of our facilities by health authorities and other third parties or customers.
  • Manage and investigate Quality incidents, out-of-spec (OOS) results, and external complaints.
  • Manage internal and customer complaints promptly, ensuring investigations, CAPA implementation, and verification.
  • Support product recalls or retrievals.
  • Support the Change Management System.
  • Review documentation regarding qualification of equipment, services, and systems.
  • Manage calibration of measurement, test, and control devices.
  • Participate in QA activities during new developments, transfers, or insourcing.
  • Provide support for all QA basic functions for FDA compliance :
  • Review batch files and release FDA finished goods.
  • Follow tasks listed on SOP-QA-003.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Education

  • University degree in a technical discipline.
  • Proficient in English and Spanish.
  • Knowledge of Quality Standards.
  • GMP / FDA knowledge.
  • Knowledge of TQM methodology and process management.

Experience

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in developing and maintaining a Quality system, with experience in sanitization in the food, cosmetic, or pharma industry.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes, recommend options, prioritize, and implement solutions.

  • Hands-on experience in production processes.
