Formación

  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en un rol de recursos humanos similar.
  • Conocimiento de legislación laboral española es ideal.

Responsabilidades

  • Preparar documentación para nuevos empleados y cambios de trabajo.

P&O Coordination
  • Keep employee records and information up to date
  • Generate regular HR reports for managers
  • Be the first point of contact and provide general advice and support directly to local employees
  • Prepare documentation for new employees, contractors, and existing employee job changes
  • Deliver local onboarding for new starters including close collaboration with a hiring manager
  • Execute the TOMRA Food EMEA vehicle and travel policies locally in line with legislation and manage external relationships with car lease providers
  • Support cyclical people processes as required (e.g., performance cycle, annual reviews, engagement survey, talent acquisition, benefits, development planning, etc.)
  • Manage relationships with external providers locally for insurance and Health & Safety in line with local legislation
Payroll Support
  • Support managers overseeing time and attendance
  • Prepare and review monthly payroll files for approval and processing
  • Manage any internal queries or concerns relating to payroll locally
P&O Projects
  • Support and contribute to P&O projects including the development of global templates, tools, and frameworks
  • Facilitate and present training and workshops locally
EMEA Focus
  • Partner with P&O team members across EMEA to ensure alignment of support and decision-making with other small locations
Health & Safety
  • Coordinate with the Global Health & Safety (H&S) team to ensure local practices and training are delivered
  • Maintain and update Health & Safety records for employees ensuring compliance with regulations
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, other languages desirable
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar human resources role
  • Ideally with knowledge and experience of Spanish employment legislation
  • Team player, able to work inclusively and collaboratively across a large matrix organization
  • Proactive and ability to work independently and deliver tasks without close support
  • Ability to be resilient, share their opinion, challenge, gather information, and ask questions in order to deliver
  • Ability and confidence to write policies, guidelines, and other internal communication as well as facilitating or presenting to all levels of the business
  • Experience in managing HR administration for various countries
  • Payroll processing experience
  • May have a tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or similar.
