About the Role :

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a new Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Quality Assurance team in the Spanish business unit. This role involves close collaboration with the Technical Product Management department and direct interaction with Software Developers. What you'll do :

• Ensure the quality of products within an agile development environment.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of products and tools.
• Participate throughout the entire product lifecycle, from specification to deployment.
• Prepare and execute test plans and test cases for new features and products.
• Support root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Become an expert on the product and act as a team consultant.

What we’re looking for :

• Previous experience in Quality Assurance or a similar role.
• University degree in Engineering, Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• Interest in manual testing and a technically inclined mindset.
• Good knowledge of Excel; experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar is a plus.
• Attention to detail, perfectionist tendencies, and a logical mindset.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Eagerness to work in a lively, multicultural team passionate about technology and learning.
• Fluency in Spanish is preferred, along with strong English skills.
• Some knowledge of databases and programming is advantageous.
