AB-BIOTICS S.A. is seeking a proactive Quality Assurance Specialist Junior to support the Quality Management System and ensure compliance with regulatory standards across life sciences products.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration and maintaining documentation as part of an innovative, fast-growing company. Permanent, full-time, on-site at the Polígono Ind Pla Els Batzacs site in Lliçà de Vall (Barcelona) with occasional remote work possible.

Formación

• Degree in Life Sciences or Pharmacy preferred.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Fluent English skills (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Support the implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of the Quality Management System according to the certifications defined by company management.
• Support the recording and follow-up of deviations, claims, corrective actions and preventive actions (CAPAs), including preparation of related documentation and investigations
• Environmental control monitoring support.
• Internal trainings support.
• Support the documental review of technical documentation, specifications, and Certificates of Analysis (CoAs).
• Assist during internal and external audits.
• Support customer satisfaction management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist Junior to support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our Quality Management System. The selected candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with applicable quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of the Quality Management System according to the certifications defined by company management.
