Job Description:

• Support quality improvement projects within yogurt, fresh cheese, and dairy desserts by collaborating with Operations, Marketing, R&D, Quality/Food Safety, and Supply Chain.
• Work with multiple EU plants and functions to ensure consistent quality that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
• Assist in product quality improvement and sensory analysis efforts to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical support to production teams to maintain process efficiency.
• Gain knowledge in dairy/food chemistry and product science to improve competency and support key projects.
• Apply continuous improvement techniques such as SPC and MSA.
• Identify workflow issues and solve routine problems effectively.
• Perform laboratory testing of raw materials and products, record data, and assist in laboratory audits.
• Manage Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) as a user.
• Collect data for validation activities following SOPs and maintain data accuracy.
