How can you help us?

The Quality Assurance RM & PACK Manager oversees quality processes for raw materials and packaging within the Supply Chain team. This role requires expertise in certification schemes, supplier QA, product analysis, and food production challenges.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Manage quality assurance processes
• Develop and maintain sampling procedures in the QMS
• Control and approve raw materials, packaging, and TPM
• Interpret analytical results for quality improvements
• Assess risks and contribute to product development
• Manage supplier quality, conduct audits, and handle performance issues
• Lead, mentor, and develop the QA team
• Promote continuous improvement and training

Background :

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field
• At least 5 years in food quality assurance and packaging, with 2+ years in leadership
• Qualified auditor experience

Competencies :

• Knowledge of HACCP, TACCP, VACCP
• Supplier compliance and auditing
• Quality analysis and FS management
• Continuous improvement and knowledge of baby food standards
• Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English (B2)
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP4HANA preferred) / LIMS
